Frame: Reynolds 531, butted.
Front and rear derailleur, crankset, brakeset: Shimano 600 Arabesque ( also called Shimano 600 Golden Arrow).
Stem and handlebar: Cinelli
Wheelset: hubs and rims, Shimano.
RIH, small but beautifull Dutch brand. Built beautiful steel bikes, may be the best ever built in Holland. Someone said to me RIH is the Gios of the North ( I say Gios is the RIH of the South..).
This RIH in brilliant blue is in a very good condition.
Chrome and paintings hardly any signs of use. Only on spokes some minor spots.
think 265 euro is a very nice price for this beauty

golden arrow is actually 105 (arabesque is 600)

but still, nice bike!

believe this golden arrow was a precursor to 105 golden arrow. bad cranks good brakeset. though those levers are exage up there?
