That aqua bike is a Trek? didn't realise it's a Trek, the fact it have campag doesn't help either!
if you never ridden fixed before, build some cheap wheelset, Open Pro to formula/amborsio/System EX/etc. hubs will do the jobs, as lovely as Phils are, the latter are plenty enough to last you age and still spin perfectly.
