Offered: Room or two in Brixton

I currently live in a 6 bedroom house, shared between 4 people in Brixton. We've all finished Uni this year and I really want to stay in the house. Two, mostly likely three people are leaving and I have another housemate sorted already.

Is anybody interested or know anybody that needs a room?

The house is on the West side of Brockwell Park which has a BMX track, Herne Hill Velodrome at the other side and is 15 mins walk to the tube station, 2 mins walk to bus stops. The house is bike bike friendly as there is PLENTY of space!

You would be sharing with myself and a friend + another person. I've just finished uni at CSM, and I'm currently working at Condor. My friend has just finished Uni at Wimbledon College of Art. Both non smokers.

You would get a big double bedroom and there is the use of the 2 spare rooms aswell. There are 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet. Decent sized kitchen, Living room and conservatory. There is also a basement and BIG back garden - awesome BBQ too!
We ideally need none students so we can split the council tax fairly.

Rent is £406.25 a month. Move in date would be the 16.8.10. Let me know / spread the word. I need to get a new contract signed pretty soon!

The house looks pretty messy here as we've all just finished. Were gonna do a big Tip run with a load ofs tuff and obviously the house will be cleaned and vacated bedrooms/spare rooms emptied.
