Cello 3rensho frame built by Young cycle for Korean Keirin races.
Tange double butted tubing, Shimano UFP 10 track ends
Re-painted at Young cycle with original decals
Young cycle had shared-tech contract with 3rensho in 90's to build Keirin frame for Korean Keirin. Now, Young cycle has contract with Kalavinka.
Top & bottom tube size:58 center to center

At £260 it's a snip.

Nippon probably bought it.

i think a person i know bought this, sent it to the original framebuilder back in Korea to get a proper fork built, and refinish the whole thing.

edit : actually im 100% sure thats the case.
