Help! Money & Wheel Stolen by Russel Thamer

i have replied to r_dy but just to reiterate... i did get my money back from paypal, not sure if they got it off the kid though. i think it only got it sorted because i had a tracking number for the wheel i sent and made him pay via paypal 'for goods'.

i contacted the police after the money was taken from my account and they said they couldnt care less

on the serious, i still dont get why nobody (by this i mean the evil masterminds victims) has done anything about this. get the police involved, see his parents or detain his bike, just do something other than complain about him on lfgss. he is like 12 or something and he is laughing (whilst riding his sum of many stolen parts) all the way to his friends house to swap pokemon

i did. i got my money back. the police don't give a shit

they just said they wont get involved, and that id need to go to small claims court or something. i mentioned that the guy had done this a few times to other people too.

mentioned it again, perhaps talking to a different officer may help?

seriously though, lock this kid to a streetlamp with a d and charge by the pound to urinate on him.

His name is NOT Russel Kay, it's Thamer, however it's spelled, it's in his passport, his bike now got white track bar, etc.

He cycle away before I got a chance to nick his bike, lost the key to my lock quite by chance, gah.
