Classic wheel for ladies Raleigh

Does anyone know where sells a standard front wheel for an 80s Raleigh Caprice?
My business partner got one, but has since discovered the front wheel has had a bang and is no longer round!!!

I have searched the usual bike shops, but all the seem to have are the usual high end offerings. It's a 26" x 1 3/8" any ideas much appreciated.

Does bog standard 36h ones for £30 - he is based in Surbiton, so easy enough to pick up.

(be careful with that wheel size - they come in two ERD if I remember correctly!)

I also have a second hand one floating about at home (bit rusty) for cheap if thats any help.
