have you tried cats protection
they can give you vouchers to recover some cost because the kittens a stray ( i know they defiantly do it with micro chipping, neutering, flea treatment etc) its worth a try
if not just pay the money and keep it
if you do keep it cats protection will give you a voucher for the neutering
you will want to sort out some flea and tick treatment too (frontline spot on)
