Help! Money & Wheel Stolen by Russel Thamer

He owes me £120 too, Same story, paypal as a gift, met up, gave him the wheel, few weeks later, had to refund the money to paypayl, -£120 on my account....He blew me out once to meet and repay me, but he said he will give me the dosh back next week?

Confusing post there R_dy, so ... you sold him a wheel, he paid then withdrew the payment, even though it was as a gift?
