C'mon, by any TdF standards the race hasn't even started before the end of Day 5. This is just a bit of aclimatisation and bargaining.
As for tomorrow, some people seem to think Cav is handy on the cobbles. However, the news suggests that Cav is on a new machine that is lighter and more rigid than before so I can't see that doing him any favours tomorrow.
