Going by the sizes mentioned in the listing it's either a 56 or a 58 I think (see here for geometry).

WTB Solano folding tyres seem to have only good reviews and are a bargain at chainreaction at the mo. I've just got a pair and can confirm that they are definitely tyres but I've not ridden them yet so can't say any more.
