Possibly, there are so many interactions with your body/position for the Camelbak and the frame for the bottle that the only way to be sure is to test them. Camelbak, £30, wind tunnel sessions to see if it's an aerodynamic benefit, £3000 :-)
The Camelbak is good though, since you can stay in the tribars and drink little and often. That's probably worth more than any aero benefits.
