For 50s I use a Camelbak Hydrobak, can be worn under the skinsuit and may provide some aero benefit as well as being usable without getting off the tri bars.
I've got a Profile Aquacell which I tested once and didn't like, but YMMV. You're welcome to try it. Also provides some aero benefit with some frames, I gather.
For downtube mounting, I think you need to find something which follows the seat tube profile as closely as possible, the aim being to make your bike look like a Cervelo P4. The Specialized Virtue looks like the candidate, and it's only £12. For optimum aerodynamics, it might need some kind of adaptor to move it close to the seat tube.
