First up. Nearly new Zen chainring - must have about 15 miles on it if that. 47t, 144 bcd, 1/8" width, NJS stamped.

Sugino 75 cranks. IMO the best track cranks in the world - so stiff. Threads and tapers perfect. Bit of rubbing from straps which is worse on the left arm. In a real mans length - 172.5mm.

Any particular reason other that people say you should? :)
Longer cranks = better leverage, and pedal strike ain't issue if you're riding a bike with a track height BB.
