Do you know whether these cranks take an ISO or JIS spindle? Also, any idea what spindle length for a straight chainline?

I would have thought that they're ISO, but because Sheldon says that most older Sugino cranks are ISO. I don't think that having the same BCD as the old campag standard makes them campag cranks. Though I get your logic - campag standard BCD probably equals campag bb spindle.
