There's been some ambiguity with a lot of folks going with 110.5mm ISO, then some revisionists saying 108mm JIS. Given the overwhelming number of Centaur's at 111mm, I figure the 110.5mm route is the way to go.
Personally, if I finally upgrade to a Phil, I'll just order it through a LBS so I can swap it if the chainline and the adjustable cups don't work.
And either way, more data is always better!
