• I've used these for about 400 miles now; selling as I am converting to a clipless setup.

The sealed bearings are super smooth as the video below demonstrates. These pedals, anodized black with cromoly spindle, are narrower than the Sylvan touring pedals, which means better cornering clearance. They are scratched in the extremities, but otherwise in great condition. You can see the serrated platform edge provides grip and can be used without clips (providing you have two brakes!).

The Medium-sized steel cages from MKS (also NJS-stamped), fit UK shoe sizes up to 9, have been scratched from various contacts with kerbs and the floor but where it hasn't, the finish is still brilliantly polished. These are miles better than the alternative aluminium ones MKS also offer - a lot strong and hold their shape well, which means great for skidding.

The Zefal nylon straps I've had from day one and that perform better than the cheaper leather offerings that are prone to snappage (real word?).
