Don't know about the others, but regarding the Paclite, it's certainly waterproof but certainly doesn't breathe as well as I'd like. Saying that, it does breathe a lot better than some of the cheaper waterproofs.
Re pricing, the Paclites are cheaper if you can find a 3rd party branded one. Nike and Adidas do their own licensed versions which are cheaper than the the unbranded Gore-tex versions. Neither are too heavily logo-ed either.
