2010-07-03 - London to Norwich Ride

Hate to do this too, but I can't make it - a shame, since I'm no longer geared! Managed to dent the rim on my alfine rear wheel so whilst it was in for a rebuild I put a single speed on (44-16 w/700c). My knees are still getting used to the consequences, but it got me from Stokie to Wimbledon and back twice last week and the 4 mile commute on the A10's been a cinch.
