Yeah - replacing the dropouts is an option, but probably more expensive than the hub - this frame is nice, but it's not my main one so may not stick with me forever. Doing something around the wheel makes sense to me, as the problem is then solved for good and you could use it on other frames.
Will probably end up with the ENO, but just wondering out loud really.
