  • Henry, you may be a good food user. That's probably not a scientific term. I can eat and eat and not put on much weight if I maintain my normal levels of exercise, as I seem to use food very badly. I have put on weight in the last three months, but I know that that must be because I haven't been on a bike much. I think it's both a strength--you don't have to eat a lot to get your nutrients--and a weakness: you have to be more careful and planned about what you eat. Disclaimer: I don't know the first thing about nutrition.
