I remember reading that people generally underestimate the amount of calories they eat, and the best way to document it is by doing a video diary, after every meal (fun!).
Also, are you sure about portion sizes, as this can be another area that people underestimate?
And maybe try varying what you do - your body may be accustomed/adapted to your training if you've let it settle
