The item is a Borghini 54cm x 54cm Lugged Steel frame with Track dropouts, a polished alloy fork and a Dia-Compe/Tange headset installed. The frame has had a very small amount of road use, and with the only previous owner only a couple of uses at track events. The item is in near perfect cosmetic and physical condition. Gorgeous Blue/Purple shiny hue, as you can see in the pictures below.
The frame is only 2kg and provides a very nice stiff ride. It has a 27.2mm seatpost, a 1" Headset and an Italian thread for the Bottom Bracket. The fork is drilled for a front brake but the frame is not drilled for a rear one. I am only selling the frame as the place in which I study is very bike unfriendly and I no longer get to use this beauty. Any questions PM me.
