For Sale: DT Swiss RR1.1 700c Road Wheels on Shimano Ultegra Hubs

I have upgraded these road wheels and I am looking to sell this pair of DT Swiss RR1.1 700c rims on Shimano Ultegra hubs. The front wheel is 32 spokes and the rear is a 10 speed hub on 36 spokes. The spokes are double butted and the pair are hand built. They are about 2 years old, I have been using them on my best bike, so whilst they have a few marks, they are true, sound and fully serviceable and have only largely seen dry, warm weather. They have probably only covered about 3,000 miles and have always been cleaned after use. The braking services have very little wear and the wheels have not been involved in any crashes or big knocks.

At this time, they do NOT have the Ultegra QR skewers. I am awaiting for the correct set of QR skewers for my new wheels, so I still need them. I will forward the QR's by post if that suits, once I get my replacement set. The QR skewers are both Ultegra, but are NOT matching in shade, one is darker than the other.

These are probably not for the weight weenies amongst you, but might suit a commuter or heavier rider, who is looking for a trouble free and reliable set of wheels. I am looking for any sensible offer, as they represent excellent value for money. I will split them, but would prefer to sell them together.

Bargain. These rims are fantastic!

Have one on the back of my fixed, has survived non-stop use over two years of being battered against mountain ranges potholes, jumping kerbs/speed bumps and being crashed into by a car directly. Never had to be trued!

Rims Cost like £60 each, so this is a tidy deal.

£70 is silly cheap.
