Offered: Cheap room in kilburn/w.hampstead

Hi there,

So one, of my flatmates is moving out, and we would like to stay at our flat for at least 3 more months, from the start of August.

We are located on shoot up hill, 5 min from Kilburn jubilee line, and 5 minutes from west hampstead.

The room is quite small, but has a double and is nice enough. The flat is large, and has space for bikes, quite a few already! The price of £430 per month includes a cleaner every two weeks, cable, big tv, broadband.

We are out quite a lot working, but are sociable and chilled. We try to be tidy and fail sometimes (hence the cleaner!)

The flat is nice but price reflects it is a bit rough round the edges, but we love it for the location (near David Mitchell's local) & price.
