I used to go this route home, but have swapped it because going through burgess park in the dark seemed sketchy. but clearly it would still have been light? A kid once threw a brick at me off rodney place/heygate, although those youfs have since moved on and are seldom there.
if it's late I usually take the main roads now. cheers for the heads up. My guess is they use that route because it is fast and cyclists won't be able to avoid it until it's too late. Other backroads are slightly slower (less long) and hence make this kind of mischief harder I guess. Well done for calling the police. Did anything come of it?
