Being angry over that poxy law is all fair in my opinion. It's a shit piece of legislation, riddled with contradictions, brought in soolely for the purposes of vote winning.
I'm a socialist at heart, but fuck New Labour. For that and several other pieces of vote-grabbing law, I hate them.
(Not sure what it has to do with cycling though).
