Ah just get it TIG welded then spot the paint, you don't need to go for a full re-spray. I'm trying to find a good match for the blue in a rattle can, I'll let you know if I have any success.

Try the brand "Multona". They should have a wide range of (metallic) blue rattle cans..
You could also try to contact Mario Verhoeven, he seems to heve some original touch up kits
