Good news. I'm hobbling around but think I'll be fine in a few days. Mostly just grazes although my right hip is quite heavily bruised (stairs are not my friends at the moment). Also helmet cracked in several places and bike in need of some love but could have been much worse. Thanks to all those who helped especially Tom B for giving me a lift home.
