Early 70's Wes Mason built track frame.
Before Ron Kitching came along and the company became MKM.

1. 
   Campag dropouts.
   Takes 27.2 seat post.
   Seat tube - 55cm center to top.
   Top tube - 54 center to center.
   
   

Marks here and there on the paint. Nowt of note.
Includes Campag seat bolt and Stronglight bb.
