Ok..
everyone needs to bring a spare tube x 2. pump. hex keys and spanner. basic tool kit that you should have with you all the time.
a brake would be nice. you are slower without one.
wear clothes you are comfortable in over a long distance. skinny jeans aren't that great over this distance.
