OK prolly a repost - but not from the last page. I'm never going to buy it so I'll stop pretending.
Colnago, relisted for the 2nd or 3rd time ~£600
Postage is high, but I'm just you could get the price knocked down a bit.

Shimano gruppo Colnago for £700?
the more I kept seeing this, the more I know how lucky I am.
edit: just realise the Colnago frame is exactly the same as mine bar the paintjob and the lack of Colnago leaf (like on BB, seatstay bridge etc.), well I never.

It's worth how much you want to pay for it.
the other suggestion is to hunt round the Classified section of this forum, and keep an eye out for a decent road bike for a reasonable amount of money.

Ah good, at least I'm not getting ripped. I've been looking to be honest, but I want a complete, cheapish old bike, so I can buy parts when I have spare cash; slowly doing the little rascal up so he's eventually nice and shiny!
If anybody's getting rid of an old, complete (functioning!) bike, let me know!
graci!

• #26191
i haven't assumed there is a problem with the gears i am just (again) amazed to see that sellers would think that there would not be an interest in seeing the drive side of a bicycle that they are selling. that was all.

• #26192
fair play, I get ya!

I manage. 'tards

• #26195
It's well harder to find a cheap bike on ebay, those dirty create bikes are swamping it!
-
• #26196
...just filter to show 'used' only and it should take out about 90% of them. still shows up the 'slight seconds' (which technically is all of them) but makes browsing a lot easier... as long as you are not looking for a new bike.

absolutely stunning track frame on ebay france, including amazing stem and bars

This guy on ebay seems to have a ton of "ITM" stems
I paid just under a tenner for one and I've seen them go for less. No idea it it'll be any good, but for a tenner new, it's unlikely to be that bad.
