**SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD **
I'm selling the locomotief road bike, 531 tubing with nervex lugs, previous owner stubbornly removed the downtube and seattube decal, it have mudguard eyelit if you want to run them, it's 56cm square, the stem is 85mm, crank length is 170mm, and the BB is pretty low making it easier to get your foot on the tarmac when stopping at a red light.
It's a lovely bike with reasonably powerful brake, it doesn't have a front mer sadly due to the plastic dérailleur snapped on me a while ago, but the rear 5 speed simplex drivetrain is the smoothest one I've ridden insofar, even with friction shifting, it's pretty reliable, far better than the 8 speed 80's chorus I have on the other bike that need careful adjusting, it's perfect for city riding.
The front wheel have a new velo orange rims laced with DT Swiss spoke onto an Atom hubs, rear wheel have the same rims and spoke, but with campagnolo hubs.
crankset is a 46/44 Sugino Max
Weinmann vanquer brakes.
campagnolo chorus seatpost
Shimano brake levers
3TTT bar
brand new Brooks B17 saddle with the cut-out that hasn't been ridden.
25c Gatorskins, plenty of life in it.
I'm sad to see it go, but need must due to aquiring a new road bike, it been a perfectly functional bike that does exactly what it said on the tins, and the gearing is perfect for London.
£165, pick up Waterloo or Wimbledon.
