Not too bad at all today. Legs seem ok, my knees were a bit stiff during Saturday evening and on Sunday, but they seem ok now.

Biggest residual problem seems to be chapped lips from 10 hours in the Swedish sun/wind/rain with no sunblock stuff.

The ride to work this morning seemed ok, the ride home up Archway Hill will be a better test of the legs though.
