(in a mdcc_tester's tone) it's a 3ttt Moser, also known as 51.151. A bar, originally designed by 3ttt for Francesco Moser's 1984 hour record, when he went as far as 51 km 151 m, and later put into production with same name in order to comemorate the event - 51.151. Some say, it's got the best shape out of all original classic pursuit bars. Even more - these are the original bullhorn bars. More here .
(in a normal voice) it goes for at least $100 on ebay, if you're lucky to spot one. i held one in my hands (unf, didn't have a chance to install/ride on a bike), and it really is v. nice and light
