Nice rims.
So this is a steel bike then being Reynolds 525? With that oversize downtube and being semi lugged it does look like an alloy bike at a glance.

I will check the material of the frame later today with a magnet, but think it´s alloy headtube.

Must be alloy with maybe steel forks. There is a Reynolds 525 sticker on it!

I do like this it's just too damn small. Surprised no one else has snapped it up yet in all honesty.
The radial spoked front wheel is a nice touch too.

Frame has no dents, scratches or rust. Some minor spots of use only. Straight bike with good working group and nice wheelset.
