it's cheap, it's reliable, it does the job.
I have both the Formula and Phils before, I really can't notice the difference between them, the good thing about Phils is that they offer you a piece of mind that their hubs will be perfectly reliable and trustworthy, but that's about it (reason why I got it in the first place).
