not the whole town then.
Still a silly thing to do, if the 19th century thoroughfares is deemed narrow and unsuitable, surely reduced motorised traffic there is the keys?
It just mean now motorised vehicle will no longer need to worry about cyclists on the road and have a higher chance of an accident (despite bicycles being banned).
