Thanks Bagherra, excellent advice. The Corporation is an oddity , but it can be a bit more flexible than the London Boroughs in matters such as this; I dread to think how far you would get with Newha.
I think they must be involved in the Nocturne so it might be worth mentioning we are there tonight.
