This ride was a real pleasure; thank you scary, Stix, gav and JAh tim. Thank you clefty for putting this beautiful route together! Good to hear your knee is already better, gav. We got lost a couple of times and were always able to go back unto the route until we headed east along the A272 from Lindfield to Newick. This allowed for an improvised very good stretch on some small carfree roads - where I learned all about beech hedges from Stix - towards the eastern end of the B2112 which we took with the beautiful South Downs looming to the South into Ditchling. Once over the hill we rolled into Brighton and had some food and beers on the beach.
