So, now I’m back on the bike after my first (minor) mishap with a car – my commute this morning had me thinking of some wise words that various forumengers have said that have stuck in my mind … having been given just the right piece of advice at the right time.
And so, I’d like to say thank you to …
Scherrit – (on trying bullhorns) – *‘Don’t lock your elbows’
*Digger – (on trying clipless) – *‘be careful not to let your cleat accidentally clip back in when you don't want it to’ *
Aroogah – (on climbing) – ‘just focus on the 3ft in front of you’
All of the above have totally transformed my ride ...
