It's stated on their website that it's made in Taiwan:

Although built overseas our frames were carefully designed by us in London and are exclusive to Brother Cycles.
By doing the above we are able to offer an affordable product without sacrificing quality or style – which is exactly what we set out to do."
*Seems fair enough to me. You're paying about half what eg Dave Yates would charge for a basic frame with track dropouts.
