Road Rides/Races

I need to get me a road bike again. I'd be well up for these. I keep riding to The Wirral and back fixed which is fun but takes a while.

Transport back from Rising Sun ride does seem to be a bit of an issue. I'm in if anybody has any good suggestions otherwise I'm up for a ride in the peaks instead.

No worries, the earlier the better for me. Thought i'd give people some hangover time. Choose your time Ronnie.

Not too fussed, but wouldn't mind getting back at a reasonable time. Weather forecast ain't great, but BBC website is often bollox.

I could possibly be up for this, what route you's thinking?

Depends on weather, maybe a Cat and Fiddle run (60 miles), or over the moors to Holmfirth, across to Strines, and back via Snake Pass/Glossop (75 miles).

To confirm ... tomorrow 10.30am outside Hardy's Well.

hell of a ride today guys - i havent moved from my bed since i got back

I'm not, but quite a few of us are going to the start of critical mass toight, and then the pub, come along for a can?

No beers for me Woody. I got pulled by the police last time I was out for cycling with no lights and 'weaving'!! One of the only times I've cycled without lights and I get pulled. Fair play to the copper - liked the look of by bike an sent me on my way.
