Unfortunately when you do something like this funded soley by sponsorship your sponsors do demand a lot of placement. Keep an eye on the website later in the week when we post the pics of the final works up, they are impressive and much less corporate!
Personally i work professionally as a film clapper loader and this is my 1st little shooting job and the 'client' are very good friends of mine in glasgow who run an independent gallery (www.recoatdesign.com). We are all doing it for favours to them and therefore i spent my whole budget (£300) on renting my gear for the main shoot and now one of the artists has casually said he wants tonight filmed and i have returned the camera to the rental house so am in a bit of a spot really.
I am no fan of blagging (especially when it is £1500 of camera) but sometimes need must.
