grrrrr..... but do have to say that the luminous blue they are using does appear to be more effective at marking out the cycle lane..... the cable street route is particularly frought with mother pushing pram and dragging toddler straight into your path.
wonder whether the blue will stay luminous and whether it will be used on other cycle routes.... especially where the lane is curbside.... could help discourage a few cut ups?
