The tubeset, lugs and dropouts came from Ceeway - supplied with derailler hangers and mudguard eyes to maximise options.
He got the geometry essentially by copying the set up on his racing bike with a couple of tweaks. The most demanding bit of the project was attaching the seat stays to the lug - there were no top eyes from Ceeway so he was expected to mitre the stays to fit round the lug - took it to a local frame builder who said first effort wasn't safe so got top eyes instead. Much easier.
