Neevie get the charge mate, they are lovely bikes and when you want to start upgrading it you can easily. They are tough but very comfy bikes (imo) to ride.

Oh and most bikes have been ripped apart on here at sometime or another, guess you can't keep everyone happy all of the time!

if you get an otp the likely outocome is you're going to want to swap stuff around and eventually build another bike.
just get the bike that suits you the best. -

Ha ha, buy the bike, ride the wheels till you Need new ones then go think about buying them!
-
• #835
When I said "new set of wheels" I was referring to the bike in general, not literally a new set of wheels!!

Excellent. Even with my excessively literal mind I wouldn't have thought of jumping on that one. :)

Oh and if anyone is interested, this is what got me into bikes in the first place ... I've made a couple of courier documentaries, this is one of them, a 2" film called "Alleycat" :

I may be opening myself up to lots of criticism showing it to bike aficionados, but hey! Some nice bikes in it anyway :-)

that is a pretty cool vid! 2.04 where he squeezes between that bus is sick, dunno if ild cut it that close.
On the subject of Plugs, i got an 09 freestyle model to use as a tricks bike which was ok with different stem n bars but then i bort a cutter which, as a tricks bike, is better. I have since put some drop bars with a spoon seat on the Plug and use it as a road bike, did 97miles yesterday and have no complaints what so ever. Fanastic bike. I got mine off ebay for 330 brand new and for that price can you realy sugest anything else?

Has it ever occur to you that you're asking whether the bike you've mentioned will fit you without even disclosing your height?
I'm sure by now you realise why people aren't quite helpful than you'd think.

Thanks for pointing that out, I did wonder why people weren't being all that helpful, i'm around about 6foot
Neevie, just go in Evans and get the normal Plug.
