Twas a lovely ride, even the 'detour' was down impossibly pretty country lanes. I wish we'd been able to hang around longer at the beach, those beers went down a treat and there was some quality chav spotting on offer. My knee is feeling better too, although I need to start my ITB exercises again if I want to continue to do 70 mile rides fixed. My next Brighton run will be geared ftw!
