oh and for the record yes i have a Genesis IO MTB (ss) and a genesis IO ID (single speed setup for with alfine rear hub with 8 gears - i call it my single speed with benefits winter mtb bike (climbing hills in winter is no fun at all with one gear, but driveline is excellent hence my choice..
and my other bike i'm sure you'd all hate is a bionicon Edison full suspension 27gears !..
location wise i'm in reading berkshire, but do come into london once or twice a week over to euston tube station & warren street tube..
