yes, you just have to find the cups... but i think i have the cups, just add £5 more, then i will give you everything...

i dont know about the bearing because i never use this crankset before... the arm size is too long for me.. my size is 165 but this is 170... cheers
I think I made it sound a bit complex. But in my opinion, external BB systems are by far the easiest to live with.
