PP probably, its the same as correx but in just sheet. it will mould well over the wheel I think, strong asnf light as long as your notgoing to be hitting it.

Thanks, no wont be going to be hitting it, it just needs to hold form and not flap about at speed. Its for a cheap attempt at a TT/Triathlon wheel. There is a company that make lens shaped covers for $80-90 a pop, but they need to be modified to fit a fixed wheel bike, the website says its not compatible with fixed (gap between cog and spokes is to small). I have a modification in mind but dont want to pay $90 and then try to modify it and screw up, so want to try making my own to test the modification I have in mind.
